3. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please call us at 7016013556 or email us at admin@superclo.com.
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by visiting the "My Orders" section on our application or website. Select the product or order you wish to cancel, and you will receive a notification confirming the cancellation.
Prepaid Orders: For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated immediately after the cancellation is confirmed. The refund will be processed to the original payment method and may take 10-12 days to reflect in your account.
Post-Dispatch: Cancellations are not accepted after dispatch. In rare circumstances, we may accept your cancellation request after the product has been shipped, but the refund will exclude any shipping charges incurred.

We also reserve the right to cancel product delivery for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders if we detect inappropriate or abusive customer behavior.
5. Guidelines for Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, inform the Superclo customer care team within 72 hours of receiving the parcel via email.
Customer needs to self-courier the product to the warehouse address after receiving return instructions from the customer care team via email.
In case of a defective or damaged product, the Superclo customer care team will first analyze and validate the product before processing the exchange.
6. Copyright
All content on this site, including images, text, graphics, logos, and button icons, is the property of Superclo.
7. Pricing
Prices for products on Superclo.com are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all taxes. Products are available on our website until stocks last. All products sold within India are subject to local GST. The Superclo team reserves the right to change product prices at any time based on market conditions.
