1. Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

2. If you receive a product that doesn't meet your expectations upon delivery, please contact us promptly via email at admin@superclo.com. Provide details of the product and any damages within 1 day of receiving the product. You will then receive instructions from us.

3.Once the product is returned, we'll thoroughly examine it. We'll then notify you via email about your refund eligibility within a reasonable timeframe. We aim to process refunds promptly, typically within 30 working days from the confirmation email.
