RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
1. If you receive a damaged or defective product or their is sizing issue, please mail us at admin@superclo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and offer a replacement in the correct size.
2. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of return/refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
3. If the courier fails to pick up the shipment after two attempts, you'll need to send it back to us. Reverse Pick Up availability depends on your area pin code.
4. Please return items in their original condition; worn or damaged items won't be taken back.
5.Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
6.Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
7.Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS
Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.
